Routine maintenance items like oil changes, filters, and normal wear items may have different coverage terms. We'll explain what's covered when we perform your repair.

The standard Confidence Plus® Warranty provides coverage for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. Some repairs may qualify for extended warranty periods. We'll provide you with complete warranty documentation when you pick up your vehicle.

SafeRoute is included with qualifying repairs. You'll receive a card with the 24/7 emergency phone number and your membership information. Keep this card in your vehicle — if you need help, just call the number and a qualified towing or roadside service provider will be dispatched to your location.

Yes! The Confidence Plus® Warranty stays with the vehicle, not the owner. This can actually increase your vehicle's resale value. If you sell your car during the warranty period, the new owner will continue to receive coverage for the remaining warranty term.
